Meet Cyndal
Founder and Director of Genuine Conveyancing
Cyndal is a Licensed Conveyancer with over a decade of hands-on experience in the conveyancing industry. Her extensive knowledge spans all aspects of property transactions, from residential purchases and sales to complex subdivisions and family transfers.
As the Director of Genuine Conveyancing, Cyndal is passionate about providing a client-focused approach, ensuring every transaction is handled with transparency, efficiency and care. She prides herself on building strong relationships and making what can be a stressful process as seamless as possible for her clients.
Cyndal is an active member of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers and has been recognised as a leader in her field through her appointment to the PEXA Member Advisory Council for four consecutive years (2022 - 2025), and more recently to the new SERV Customer Advisory Board (Titles Office). These roles allow her to contribute to industry advancements and maintain the highest standards of practice.
When she’s not busy managing property transactions, Cyndal enjoys being an active part of the local community and volunteering at her kids’ school. Cyndal’s favourite things include spending quality time with her family and friends, and getting away for some much-loved family downtime in Inverloch.
